wow, what was my favorite thing about sciece welllll i'd say about every thing with the solar system.My favorite activity was the moon on the pancil, but that moon hurt cause i acsidently hit my self with it really hard, but i don't really know of anything we didn't do but it was really cool and i'm looking forword for another awsome gaurter with all my old and new friends and of corse Mrs.Hoffman!!!!!!

What I liked was having the oppurtunity to learn more about different ideas of how the Earth was formed.
What is something you wish we could have done in our space unit that we did not do?
I wish we could have gone more in depth in the study of different constillations.

My favorite part of science this year has been learning about the stars and consellations. Something that i wish we could have done in science class this quarter that we didnt do was actual labs with chemicals that we did last year because that was awesome!

I liked everything we did this quarter and I agree with Zach the moon on the pencil activity was very cool. There is nothing I would like to have done this quarter that we didn't do.I love learning about the solar system and space.

I liked learning about the universe and the stars. My favorite activity we did this year was watch that one movie about space. It like talked about the Big Bang Theory and how space is so mysterious and stuff. It got me thinking that space just goes on and on forever, who is there to say there aren't other universes out there with billions of galaxies just like our own universe. There is so much out there to explore and I think its really interesting!Umm I'm not sure what I wish we could've done because I can't thinkof anything at the moment but if I do I will e post! =)
OMG! The year is almost over!?! Unheard of! I can't believe it!
But I have to say my favorite part so far would have to be... the moon on the pencil. It was a reallt good way of showing us what happens and I thought it helped me understand the cycle more. :)

I also love watching viedoes about how the solar system and the moon work(what they do) My Favorite activity was when we had the foam balls on the pencial annd rotated aroud the sun/the light bulb and saw the different phases of the moon. I do really wish that we could of done something in our space unit.

@Jenn Yeah maybe our like great-great-great-great-great-great- grandchildren will finds people with blue skin! Haha! But then people would have so much more information about the universe,planets and space. It'd be cool to have a pen pal or something from another planet!

@Luke Oh yeah aren't they not going on anymore space expeditions because I was tellng my dad how I might want to study space when I'm older and he told me that they are stopping space expeditions! :(
I liked how we learned more about the stars, now I know a lot more about the universe in space terms.
My favorite activity so far was the moon phases activity with the pencil and the styrofoam ball.I wish we could have done an activity that would have educated us more about black holes.

I really enjoyed class this quarter. i have a blast with my table and learning space was really cool. i really like it when we watch videos, i really learn alot from them. i also like it when we combine classes with mrs. Martz because we can compare our learn to there learning.
i liked when we used the light to make shabows on the balls. i wish that we could of done more labs. i liked all the interecting stuff we did this unit.
I cant wait till next quater I know i will do better than this Quater.

Wow I cant believe the first quarter is already done! This year is flying by, my favorite part of this unit was when we studied the moon phases i also like the activity when had the lamp in the middle and that was the sun and we had the "moons" on the pencils and it represented the moon phases and the solar system us being earth)over all this was a fun quarter in science class
i agree with ian i thought that the moon activity was very interesting and helpful for me.
My favorite part of my science class this year was learning about the other stars and planets. My favorite activity was the moon and the pencil thing. And I wish we would have covered a little more about the planets.

My favorite part of science this year so far has been when we watched the 95 Moons video because I thought it was really cool. I also liked when we did the thing with the balls on the pencils. I wish we could have sutdied more about the different planets.

I also wish we could have done more hands on activitys like we did last year. That type of activty mad it easier to learn because we got to do an activity that taught us what we were learning instead of just reading it out of a book.

I really haven't had any favorite part of science this year, same with activity-unless you count 'Space' Camp as one- I wish that wer would have learned more in our space unit. It feels as if I hadn't learned anything really. Another thing is that I am dissapointed how individual science has been. I mean all we do is papers by ourselves, its quite boring. Especially when we have to read from the orange books. I just didn't find it interesting. I hope we do many group activities later on in the year.
