OMG!!!! Im kinda scraed now, those poor people might have a water shortage! And all because of stupid climate change!! I sure hope we wont have a shortage of water, no one deserves this
I do not think that people could a possible water shortage in the year 2050. Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad are among those most affected by water shortages. The study forecast shows that 119 million people would face water shortages in 2050 in the Ganges River delta and plain alone. India doesn ot lack water, but it sruggles to perserve water from the wet season to the dry season.
WOW! That is scary, I can't imagine having a water shortage...I hope we don't have one! That would be soo bad, especally since we need a lot of water. Actually each person needs 376 liters, that's average. I hopoe we don't become one of the 1,000,000,000 people that aren't going to get 100 liters.

well we have to wait and see if it really happens. alot of people are affected by it already so it wont really change that much. i think we should try harder to save water in our invironment so it will not have so much harm to the world when it happens.
That is sad, and think about the water for life video too. How the people in Africa don't have clean water to drink. The same thinge is happening in Haiti. Tons of people don't have clean water and in 2050 there will be more and more people without water. It is so hard to think poeplego with such minimal water everyday since we take it for granet.

I hope that the scientests are not right about the water sortege in 2050 or that by mid-century some 993 million city dwellers will live with less than 100 leters of water.
@ David I agree this could become a world wide problem because every country is interdependent in some way! This seems a little like the black death, a huge problem that could effect everyone and kill many poeple!!!

This is so scary and its wierd how they predicted that the water shortage would be in 2050 all because of the climate changes. Nobody would be able to live if we run out of water ....
wow!! that would really stink,,,because once it starts to go down hill it most likey wont stop. so when we are around 53 this water shortage will happen. I really hope this doesnt happen.
That is very scary. If we have a shortage of water we have a shortage of lives. We need water to live and if you us water to cook and bath then you need enough for the whole family to drink.

I bet there will be. And remember, only 3% of water is fresh water that we can use. A lot of people already have a shortage of water. I'm glad it didn't really say anything about the US though, but still I feel bad.
Wow I thought 100 liters is a lot but it fills up a bathtub only. That will not be much for one person. From that Jay Z video we watched showed how much water is avaiable in the world but now with a shortage many people will be thirsty. I hope they find a way to fix this.
This is very sad about what will happen to the water amountage just because of the climate change that is stupid. i dont think that anybody who lives on this earth should go through any of this because it doesnt help any it just makes everything worse and worse in the world. And i also hope that this water shortage doesnt affect us in 2050.
Not good, not good at all. I know that there is a flaw with this plan, mostly because it has been thought of before and there is some sort of flaw, but here it is. Why don't they pump water from the ocean into a purification plant and transport it to the cities? It can't be THAT tough.
Also when you think about it, its a demented world we live in. People that hate other because of how they look. People hate each other because of their beliefs. Most of all, we need a job, and to pay money for things that we ABSOLUTELY NEED to SURVIVE AND LIVE.

its the freaking end of the world ,an earth quake hit, then a tsunami, next a massive amount of radiation is released and now a water shortage is coming its kinda scary

Yes, we do need water to survive. But, 100 liters isnt too bad....It's enough to survive on, definitely. Just the minimum.
