The home stretch ....

As we start the 4th quarter, think back over the year.  We have studied space, the rotation and revolution of the Earth, the phases of the moon, the sun, stars, plate tectonics, earthquakes, volcanoes, rocks and minerals.  What has been your favorite topic this year?  What was your favorite activity we did this year?  Is there another activity you wish we would have done?
What are you looking forward to doing as we study weather?  Any topic you hope that we cover?  Any specific activity you hope we do?
Hard to believe we are down to about 9 weeks of school!

My favortite topic was probably studying the moon, stars, and sun. I don't really have a favorite activity, but if I did it would be the thing we did when we took our pencils and then took the styrofoam ball and we acted like the planets orbiting around the sun. That helped me really focus and realize what was happening.
I wouldn't have wanted to do any other activities this year, teh ones we did were fun. We covered all the topics I wanted to cover this year also. I can't believe it's 4th quarter already!!

I definatly think tha my favorite subjects would have to be space and weather. i love how it is so unknown... i think it just keeps me interested and pushes me to want to discover more :) i wish we could have done more labs with it though :/

My favorite topic was when we were doing phases of the moon.
I liked the activity with the moon when we had the microfome ball and it was on a pencil and we had a lite balb in the middle of the class room. that was interesting. I wish we could do the activity with the different sands and the water and how each one of them eroded faster and slower.
I look forward to doing a tornado activity if we were i have a great idea on ways to show how to form a tornado.
I just want to cover this activity.
Just a very fun activity with weather would be fine with me.
